Justin Bieber's "Worst Birthday" Ever
For those of you who are utterly obsessed with this international star, you already know that Justin Bieber’s 19th birthday was celebrated this past Friday. For those of you who couldn’t care less yet are reading this anyways, Justin Bieber is actually 19 years old. To be honest, I’m not really a fan or foe of the pop singer. However, after hearing about the little diva move he pulled on his birthday celebration in London, I suddenly felt this surge of annoyance against him.
Here are the details: it was a Thursday night, February 28, and the singer rented out a huge area in London’s Cirque du Soir for his circus-themed birthday bash. Because the legal drinking age is 18 in the UK, Justin was given the OK to party it up in da club. That didn’t go over so well with him when some of his friends, who were clearly below the legal age, were denied access to the party, let alone denied into the club. Bieber, being the mature 19-year-old he is now, tweeted ‘Worst birthday’ while he headed straight back to the hotel out of anger. Later, Beiber’s entourage and club security got into a little cat fight that caused his entire party to exit the venue. Meanwhile, in the Twitter-sphere, Beliebers were so upset by his tweet and later used the hashtag #BeliebersHatePaparazzi to blame the usual suspects for ruining Justin’s big birthday celebration.
An update on the incident — Justin took to Instagram this comment earlier today:
“The funny moment when people believe I brought underage people to a club.. U think Will is letting his 14 year old in a club, I don’t think so.. 2nd I love how the club wanted to give the press another reason to why we didn’t stay at their weak ass club so they wouldn’t look bad for me walking in and right back out. i said m ‘worst bday’ but that was due to dummies pushing over my fans and being overly aggressive. Btw it wasn’t the worst bday cuz all my friends from back home flew in I was just mad in the moment.”
I’m sorry, but even though you’re best friends with Usher and you infected half of the world population with this “Bieber Fever” nonsense, you are still like everyone else. The bouncers were clearly doing their job and they shouldn’t be blamed for following the rules. Maybe the Biebs needs to realize that he still needs to follow the rules regardless of how much money and fame he has. I don’t know where this sense of entitlement comes from, but he’s just making a bad name for himself. There are a lot of divas already out there, and we definitely don’t need another one. Maybe someone needs to knock him down a few pegs and tell him to stop wearing crap like this:
Oh, and did I also mention that the waiters that were working his party in the club all wore matching ‘Happy Birthday Justin’ shirts? Eww, bye!
