Pros: Gives extra credit often for coming to class when there is a guest speaker
Very nice
He knows that the main purpose of this class is not to just memorize facts for a semester, but to actually succeed in a managerial setting, so he relates real-life experiences and scenarios often.

Pros: Very conversational and approachable. Does a good job at making accounting interesting and not dull by bringing in his real work experience.
Cons: He teaches this class directly to accounting students. If you are a finance student and hate accounting, you will hate this class. He assumes that all students just "get" the relationships.
Almost too informal.
