Cons: Refer to General comments
Professor Voorhees needs to completely rewrite her syllabus. The class is only worth a meager 210 points yet I had an assignment that was over 20 pages that was worth only five points. The fact that a 3 credit course only has 5 points differentiating from an A plus to an A minus is ridiculous especially with the new grading factors that are in place. As a student that strives for 100 percent yet know that it is not always possible her class makes the course material even more difficult and I truly believe that should not be the case. And she also canceled about a total of 7 classes this semester which I personally believe is unacceptable.

Cons: She's really odd. She is awkward and seems nervous. The material is dry and uninteresting and presented as such. It's a very weird set up.
*rubs temples* Frustrating class with only ONE time and set of days offered. AGONIZING. I drive 4 hours to and from this ONE CLASS on MWF.
Cons: however, not the best at explaining concepts
Cons: topics aren't interesting
She is nice, but the course is very dry and boring
Take home assignments
Cons: Tests
Cons: She is borrrrrrrrrring!
She basically reads off the power point all day and she doesn't know how to connect with her class! She talks as if she needs a 5 hour energy drink! Everyone I know that took her hated her class, however if you stick it through you will pass.....maybe! You are also required to do your own research paper....7 pages long! She sometimes talk to you as if you are already a researcher because she expects you to know things that any reasonable professor knows an undergraduate student doesn't know!
Cons: Exams are difficult
