Cons: He's allergic to light, so he has the entire classroom in darkness with blackout curtains on the windows. In a 200-people math class, this makes it even harder not to fall asleep. And he teaches by writing under an ELMO, but he doesn't actually know if we can see what he's writing and we have to tell him. The 3 exams are harder than the final, and he doesn't curve. He's really not a good teacher, is what it comes down to. He can't engage the class, and "teaches" by writing a few bullet points of concepts and then does practice problems for us.
Cons: Web assigns are somewhat difficult, and you only have a certain amount of chances to get it right, whereas at other colleges there are unlimited attempts.
Cons: WebAssign homework
1 quiz every week
Textbook isn't as helpful as his lectures
Cons: due to a medical condition of his, the room needs to be dark and it was very difficult to take notes.
do practice problems over and over again to prepare for tests
Cons: - Some hard tests
You never have to go to lecture, everything's online
Cons: using past exams to study may not be enough, random difficult questions could be on the exam out of nowhere
Cons: difficult
